FluxFresh™ Pilot

Bridging Research and Industrial Production

FluxFresh™ Pilot is a pilot-scale processing system designed to validate process performance, optimize operating parameters, and reduce scale-up risk before full-scale implementation. It provides engineers and researchers with a reliable platform to evaluate field-assisted processing technologies under realistic operating conditions.

Typical Applications

• Liquid Food Sterilization — Especially suitable for neutral protein beverages and liquid egg products.
• Sauces & High-Viscosity Foods — Suitable for viscous products and foods containing large particles.
• Enzyme Inactivation & Extraction — Applied to active extracts and related processing.
• Wastewater Treatment — Applicable to high-salinity organic wastewater treatment.
• Pharmaceutical & Fine Chemical Processing — Supports controlled thermal processing and synthesis.
• Biomass Processing — Suitable for hydrolysis and degradation of agricultural and forestry biomass slurries.

Key Features

• Non-Contact Volumetric Heating — No electrodes directly contact the product.
• Uniform Liquid–Solid Heating — Liquid and solid particles can be heated simultaneously.
• Adjustable Process Parameters — Electric field strength, frequency, power, and throughput can be customized.
• Fast Heating Response — Rapid temperature rise during continuous-flow processing.
• Flexible Configuration — Pipe diameter and treatment height can be customized for different applications.
• CIP & Production-Line Integration — CIP compatible, OEM supported, and easy to integrate into production lines.

How It Works

Non-Contact Heating Through an Induced Electric Field

FluxFresh™ consists of a magnetic circuit assembly and a power supply unit. An oscillating magnetic field induces a strong electric field inside the continuously flowing product, enabling non-contact volumetric heating without electrodes touching the product.
Electric field strength, frequency, and power can be adjusted to suit different materials and processing requirements. During treatment, liquid and solid particles are heated simultaneously, helping reduce the temperature difference between phases.

Oscillating Magnetic Field → Induced Electric Field → Volumetric Heating → Continuous-Flow Processing
