PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Electrode-free heating.
Designed for your equipment.

FluxFresh™ Core brings induced electric field heating to a modular platform for equipment development and system integration. An alternating magnetic field induces an electric field in suitable electrically conductive process media, generating volumetric Joule heating without product-contact electrodes.

The module supports application-specific trials, control-system development, and OEM integration planning. Heating performance depends on material conductivity, process geometry, operating conditions, and the selected system configuration.

No product-contact electrodes

An induced electric field generates heating currents in the process medium without energized electrodes touching the product.

Volumetric Joule heating

Electrical energy is converted to heat within suitable conductive liquids, reducing dependence on heat transfer through vessel walls.

Configurable electrical operation

Operating frequency, electric field strength, and other electrical settings are selected for each application.

Integration-focused design

The module configuration, interfaces, and scope of supply are defined to fit the customer’s equipment and process requirements.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common technical and integration questions from equipment manufacturers and R&D teams.

Does FluxFresh™ Core heat the metal vessel?

Not as its primary heating mechanism. FluxFresh™ Core is designed to induce an electric field in suitable conductive process media, producing Joule heat within the material rather than relying on induction heating of a metal vessel wall. Effects on nearby conductive hardware should be assessed during system integration.

Is FluxFresh™ Core suitable for my material?

Suitability depends on electrical conductivity, how it changes with temperature, viscosity, flow geometry, and operating conditions. BioMag reviews the material and process objectives before recommending a configuration.

What is included in a Core module package?

The scope of supply is configuration-dependent. It may include the heating module, power electronics, controls, and specified accessories. The final list of supplied components, connections, and instrumentation is provided with the project quotation.

What liquid flow rate can the module support?

Achievable flow rate depends on material conductivity, required temperature rise, operating power, and flow configuration. Share your process conditions so we can assess a suitable configuration.
