How It Works

Contactless Induced Electric Field Heating

FluxFresh™ Lab uses a controlled oscillating magnetic field to induce an electric field directly within the continuously flowing material.

Unlike conventional electrode-based electrical heating methods, the process does not require direct electrical contact between electrodes and the product. Energy is generated throughout the material volume, enabling rapid heating while supporting uniform energy delivery to both liquid phases and suspended particles.

Adjustable operating parameters allow researchers to investigate the combined effects of electric field, frequency, power, temperature, flow rate, and treatment time under controlled laboratory conditions.
