Where We Begin

From Sebastian, Florida to Global Technology

Biomag Innovations LLC is a start up company focused on creating new possibilities in contactless heating technology.

From a garage in coastal community of Florida, Biomag began a journey driven by a simple curiosity:

Can magnetic energy be engineered to inner heating of water directly?

The question has shaped everything we do — from our preliminary experimental platforms to current advanced heating systems.

The Beginning of Our Journey

For decades, electromagnetic heating technologies have relied on materials that naturally respond to electromagnetic fields directly.
Metals can be heated through induced currents.
Magnetic materials can be heated through magnetic losses.
However, most materials that are essential to modern industries — including liquid foods, biological systems, electrolyte solutions, and chemical reaction mediums — are fundamentally different.
They are:
• non-metallic
• non-magnetic
• structurally complex
These materials do not efficiently interact with magnetic fields.
This created an opportunity to explore a new direction:
Could magnetic energy be engineered to interact with these materials in an effective way?
Then, Biomag approached the challenge from another perspective:
How can we design the electromagnetic environment itself to improve energy interaction with materials?
This shift in thinking became the foundation of our technology development.

01 —— Early Experimental Platforms

The first systems were created to answer a fundamental question:
Can oscillating magnetic fields effectively interact with non-magnetic materials?
These platforms focused on:
• electromagnetic field generation
• material response evaluation
• energy transfer analysis
• process control
They transformed an idea into measurable experimental evidence.

02 —— Engineering Optimization

The fundamental concept was validated, our focus shifted toward improving performance and reliability.
We refined:
• electromagnetic structures
• magnetic field distribution
• processing chambers
• control systems
The goal was not simply stronger electromagnetic fields.
The goal was:
more efficient energy conversion and more precise process control.

03 —— Rapid Prototyping Through 3D Printing

Innovation requires the ability to explore new ideas quickly.
To accelerate structural development, Biomag introduced 3D printing into our engineering workflow.
This allowed us to rapidly create and test:
• new chamber geometries
• complex internal structures
• customized experimental designs
Ideas could move faster from concept to physical validation.

04 —— Transparent Platforms for Understanding Processes

As the technology matured, we wanted to better understand what happens during electromagnetic processing.
We developed transparent experimental platforms that allowed direct observation of:
• material movement
• phase changes
• reaction behavior
• processing phenomena
By combining visualization with measurement, we gained deeper insight into how electromagnetic fields interact with liquid medium.

05 —— From Prototype Systems to Practical Platforms

Through continuous optimization, Biomag transformed laboratory concepts into reliable technology platforms designed for:
• scientific research
• product development
• pilot testing
• industrial applications
