Sterilization principle

Induced electric field sterilization is based on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction. A high-frequency pulsed magnetic field generates a uniform induced electric field within the closed annular magnetic circuit. This electric field interacts with microbial cells in the following ways:

·Cell Membrane Electroporation

The induced electric field creates reversible or irreversible pores in microbial cell membranes. This disrupts cell structure, causing the leakage of intracellular material and inactivating bacteria, molds, yeasts, and spores.

·Intracellular Ion Flow Disturbance

The electric field accelerates the movement of charged ions inside cells, which disrupts their ion balance and metabolic functions, leading to microbial death.

·Non-thermal Energy Transfer

Energy is transferred directly to microorganisms without significant temperature rise, preserving heat-sensitive nutrients, flavors, and textures.

·Uniform Sterilization

The closed annular magnetic circuit ensures a uniform field distribution, with no dead ends, overheating, or inconsistencies in the treatment effect.
